PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WICHY Creamed Coconut is a semi-solid viscous product made with dried coconut that is passed through the colloidal mill. It is 100% pure and contains no added food additives such as artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.
USES
WICHY Creamed Coconut can be used in all products which require cream such as gourmet dishes, confectionery products, dessert mixes and makes an excellent dairy substitute in ice cream making.
